Ferma means ‘farm’ in Latvian, and this restaurant aims to bring nature to the city on the plate. They are proud to be the only restaurant in Latvia which serves steak cooked from aged Latvian beef and are experts at preparing the regional fish such as sturgeon, catfish and halibut; they even serve locally grown tiger prawns.
