On our Feast for a day tour, you’ll learn about both Riga and Latvia through the local food. It’s a whole day of Latvian history, culture and cuisine presented in a number of unique ways. You’ll see the city from many different perspectives, from a boat on the canal, by foot as you get amongst the hustle and bustle of the Central Market, and by your taste buds, as throughout the day you will try many different local specialities, culminating in an evening meal in a fine restaurant.

We start by inviting you a canal boat where we begin with some local fish and maybe a small glass of local champagne. Cruising down the river Daugava you will be introduced to the city by the food and drink and the city guide.
Following our cruise along the river we will dock, get out and begin a food tour and tasting through the Central market. After purchasing local delicacies, we will find a nice open spot to sit and have a Latvian picnic.
After all this eating and touring we will offer you a break to unwind and let the food settle. In the evening we will pick you up again, introduce you to some local drinks followed by a meal in a contemporary local restaurant. Do not fear, this will not be a Latvian themed tourist restaurant, this will be a top quality, creative kitchen.
