First Nordic Baltic business forum to take place on 4th of November in Riga, Latvia.
It’s no secret that Latvia has always looked up to Scandinavian countries as an example, especially when it comes to quality of life. Also recent increase in direct investment from countries like Norway has been a key factor in growth of interest in all things Nordic.
This forum is the first one and it might become an annual event. This year the theme is “Growing closer – key insights and success factors of Nordic Baltic partnership”, so expect a little bit form the past, what we do today and where are we heading.
Forum will be held in the new National Library of Latvia building and feature speakers from companies like DNB bank, Orkla Foods, Linstow Center Management and also government officials from Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and their Baltic and Nordic counterparts.
Supporters of the event include embassies of Finland, Denmark and Norway, Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Nordic Council of Minister´s Office, Nordtext and DNB. More companies will be represented and some of the main policy makers of Nordic and Baltic investment will be present.
